This summer my mom, sister, and aunt temporarily moved in while looking for houses to buy. They closed on one a few days ago and will move in this weekend. This weekend is also my daughter's birthday, so I dreamt my sister and I were arguing a lot and messing up Scarlet's birthday food. Before this, dreamt I was in a playground and found a child's binoculars. Don't remember a lot..

Baby Clothes

Dreamt I was following Dev from one house to another (driving a truck). The location was near Heather's parents' house that was in Shamrock. I remember taking note of that. Suddenly I lose track of which way he went, lots of cars on road. Brakes stop working. I ran into another car and everyone gets out (big pile up, it must not have just been me that had car issues) and we start running the opposite way as if a major disaster is happening up the way I was driving. Somehow I get to my house. I'm in the garage and see some baby clothes on the floor and ask Dev about it. He tells me that the Williams' came by and dropped them off and that the ones I saw fell from the boxes that were outside by the door (don't know how the hell that happened, but okay).. I walk to the outside of the garage and around to the area the boxes are stacked and peek through. Suddenly Chelsey and her brother come over and Chelsey tells me she still needs to go through them, so I let her look through everything. (There was also a bunch of little figurine toys that she mainly went through and kept most.) Woke up half asleep, head hurting.

Home Alone

Dreamt Dev and I were in some strange place.. I don't remember exactly what it was, but it seems like we were somewhere nostalgic, maybe looking at old things we owned. It was this big rundown building, water dripping everywhere.. I remember watching stuff on a laptop with both Steve Martin and Will Farrell. Suddenly I remembered that Scarlet was still at the house, napping. I knew Mom was there but worried that Scarlet escaped the house without Mom knowing and was just thinking all the possibilities that could have gone wrong. I reminded Dev about Scarlet and we booked it back to the house, carrying as many boxes as possible. We walked out of this white tunnel it seems and Dev found Scarlet with mom, both of them walking towards us. I was so relieved. Then I saw we were next to a church and a lady walked out asked us if we would like to go to church today and Mom gave me the look she gets when she likes an idea, and since I felt bad forgetting Scarlet and mom having to deal with our stupidity, I grudgingly looked over at Devin and told him we have to go, too. For a split second I thought maybe we could leave Scarlet with mom, but knew better. It'd only be for an hour or two, anyways. Woke up to me alarm before we got into the church.

If I Had A Million Dollars..

Dreamt Devin and I were rich 15-20 years from now. We lived in a humongous mansion (although sometime into the dream I was walking around the house and the siding looked really old.. So it might have been a cheaper mansion.). Anyways, I don't remember a lot of the details but I think I was talking to an ex and had expected a phone call or something - not cheating, just talking I guess? I was in the basement taking a shower and suddenly Devin was pissed at me. I assumed he heard a voicemail or something, no clue. So he was pissed. I got out of the shower and there were no towels or clothes or anything, so I walked out and into a bigger room that looked more like a work shop (a big one, maybe Devin was the money maker and had an auto mechanical business of some such). So I'm walking through the big work area looking place and its kind of dark in one area so it takes me a few times to go all the way through it (I keep running back to the first room, terrified of the dark). I get to an area of the house that has a bunch of windows, big, big windows and run towards it. I don't remember what happens next, but I somehow find myself outside, fully clothed. I walk around the house (this is where I see the house isn't much of a looker, old white sheds attached to it to make it bigger yet, etc), looking for a door to get into the basement again. I finally find one, but it led to the main floor. The porch looked straight out of a Better Homes & Gardens magazine.. White whicker furniture, darker blue accents.. It was pretty. I keep walking through and finally find a bunch of bedrooms and exercise rooms. I get into the exercise room and Devin comes out of a door on the other side with a woman wearing a bikini top, one boob sticking out. I'm so pissed at him since I never cheated on him but here I catch him doing what he thought I was doing..

I don't remember anything else.. Loved that big house, though.

This morning her Daddy was mixing concrete loudly outside our window, so I woke Scarlet up telling her we should go out and "yell" at him for waking us up.

"Hey. What did you dream about today?"
"Nothing."
"Nothing today?"
"Uh-huh."
"Okay..."
"We shouldn't get too close to Daddy though. We don't want to ride on polka dots."
"What?" I laughed.

Maybe she dreamt something about that.

"Quick! What did you dream about?" I asked her, gently shaking her awake.
"I a puppy!", she said.
"A puppy? What did you do?"
"Woot woot!" (Barking).

Help me.

Dreamt Sarah and Dana and I were in Dad's living room, our old house, at night, sleeping on couches or something. Both of them asked me if I loved my dog and I said yes and snuggled down next to him. Sarah fell asleep. As soon as she did, Ziggy stood up fast and started howling/barking/growling like someone was in room with us. I asked if Dana was still awake and she said yes. We both gripped hands and suddenly heard a sound from behind us. I had blankets trapped over me and couldn't move well. Sleep paralysis in dream. Then I heard a strange, high pitch, doll's voice loudly screaming "help me". Dana motioned for me to turn on light and each time the doll screamed, I tried to hoist myself awake, over towards the light switch. I tried to swing myself in my body very slowly until I was able to turn light on and was still trapped. The doll voice got louder until I was able to shake myself completely awake. Terrified.

Dad

Had an awful, realistic dream. Dad found out he had cancer and was gone within a few days after diagnosis. Everything is blurry now, don't remember a lot. Only that after he was gone, I remember a photo of Scarlet sitting on Dad's lap in the rocker flashed on my TV's screensaver and I began thinking how lucky they both were to have such a wonderful relationship. I remember saying aloud a prayer to Dad, telling him I loved him and missed him and that I'll basically try to hand down all the love and knowledge I got from him onto Scarlet. I am not a believer but I do know he has repeatedly asked/hoped we'd believe someday. I guess in my dream I believed in him being there to hear my prayer, kind of. I don't remember much that happened in the dream, only a really sad, mournful feeling now. :(

Progesterone Overload

(Explanation before dream: I am trying to get pregnant again so our babies are close in age, and decided to try taking progesterone cream after ovulation. This is my first month (and funnily enough, first day) trying it. It is to help a luteal phase defect.)

I dreamt a LOT more than this, but this part really stuck with me because, yikes! Hehe.. Okay I don't remember much except I was in the bathroom about to rub the cream into my belly but for some reason I decided to sniff it and see if it had an aromatic smell. Some of the cream got onto my nose and suddenly I felt violently I'll. I couldn't walk straight and I thought I'd pass out. I ran/stumbled into the kitchen to tell Devin what was wrong... This is all I remember.

The strange thing is, my temperature yesterday was kind of low and I wasn't sure if it was because I woke up freezing (from camping in a tent) or if I was too warm the day before and didn't really ovulate like I thought I did, so I was feeling kind of miserable thinking I didn't ovulate this cycle (since it's pretty late in my cycle). Today of course I woke with a high temp again, so today I start the process of rubbing in progesterone cream. Hopefully it works and hopefully it doesn't actually make me dizzy like in my dream.
