Earth

Just remembered a dream earlier last night. I think I was riding in the back of a car and looking out at the sky and suddenly saw what looked like earth next to the moon. It started coming closer and closer. I can't remember what happened after. Maybe I woke up before it hit? 

Hide and Seek

I was at a party with husband, my dad, my dad's friend Jack, and husband's family (or at least for sure his sister, new boyfriend and ex husband, littlest daughter etc). 

I don't remember much. But it was a party of some sort and I remember singing along to music while doing dishes. Jack comes over for a second I think for a quick small tall bit then I see dad, Jack, husband, and husband's sister all holding bite sized moldy broccoli. I'm confused. Dad tells me that mold is safe to eat because it's just oxygen hitting or something or others and he starts drizzling a little bit of western dressing on his and everyone is doing the same. Dad gives me one and then makes himself one. We're all supposed to down this together like it's a shot. Everyone is eager to try except me. As soon as everyone is distracted by eating it, I quickly give my husband one. 

Hey perfect timing I remember what happened before this and that part of dream is over... Woke up. Before that, we were playing hide and seek. It was a weird mix of inside the house (maybe grandpa's this time?) and the woods on dad's property. Some guy is counting and we're all rushing to hide almost like we'll be killed if found. I'm terrified so I cling to my husband's back of his shirt while he's jumping/flying onto a tree. We get on top of one and husband slides further and falls to ground. The seeker saw us and jumps to me and I just drop down hoping he doesn't notice and see where I land. I land in some clothes and sightly on top of my daughter who's hiding. I just try to discreetly sink further into the clothes and blankets so everything is covered. I think I'm good and he doesn't see me (or my daughter). 

Alien Egg

Dreamt someone put raw (cracked) eggs in a bunch of individual Ziplock bags and hung them up all over in a kitchen. I think this kitchen was at a workplace, and that it was supposed to be a prank of some sort. I remember looking at the different bags and suddenly saw an egg with a face that resembled the creature from the movie "Alien". It was biting at nothing really in particular, but was gnashing its teeth around violently. It terrified me. I started yelling for Devin and suddenly instead of being in a Ziplock bag, it was in a plastic grocery bag and was falling to the floor amongst a bunch of other similar bags. I searched everywhere for it but could not find it. At some point I started looking for it on videos, as if I had seen it on a tape before. I was looking on my parents' old console TV we had for so long when I was a child. After awhile I started thinking it was a fish I had seen and was looking for that (with the creepy Alien face) instead. I also thought I had seen it in a video of Abraham Lincoln, so I was looking for him, too.


Yeah.. I don't get it, either.

Scarlet Dreams

Scarlet told me she dreamt that she was painting a picture of Olaf, Elsa, and Anna. She said a balloon had popped, and then she fell in water.

Painting

• To see a balloon pop in your dream  symbolizes an unrealized goal or dream. It may also represent the stresses in your life. The pressure may be starting to be too great for you to bear.

Falling

Waiting For Something.

Dreamt I was in my parents' old kitchen and I was playing a game of darts with Tegan & Sara's guitarist Ted Gowans. After that, he left and I took a shower and some guy that was also there when I was shooting darts was peeking in at me from the kitchen, which for some weird reason I really didn't mind at all. Some time after this, I appeared on this huge platform that kept circling around on this lake. I was with a billion different people, and we seemed to be waiting for something to happen. It was dark out, but I believe it was daytime because at one point the sky itself was a bright light blue with these dark clouds dispersing. The lake itself was still dark along with the atmosphere, but only above us, high up into the heavens, was it bright. It felt eerie. At that point I thought we were all going to die. Like a meteorite was headed for us or something. Also, since the platform we were all on was circling around in the water, I thought that the lake was starting to make an eddy. Then I dreamt I was back in high school, only it felt more like elementary school or something. I was with a bunch of adults my age at these desks. Everyone had to do this math problem that was on this flash card and at first I was rockin' it, thinking I knew exactly what I needed to do, but then I forgot the initial problem and some woman beside me had the flash card and was studying it for the longest time. I didn't want to lean in and look and have the teacher yell at me thinking I was cheating, but I knew I'd get the answer wrong if I didn't know the problem. Then I couldn't see my paper, so I used my phone as a light but my aunt Donna (she must have been the teacher or something) turned a bright light on in the room and yelled at me for using my phone. Then I went to a secondhand store and my aunt Erin and I started looking at these packages of shorts and boxing gloves you could get in a set. One had the band The Kinks on it. I was contemplating on that one for some reason, but then I saw these adorable blue shoes with yellow anchors all over them. They were ballet flats.

And QueenofKings, that dream you mentioned reminds me of another dream I had when I was younger. I was sleeping on a cot at this point in my life, so it was a crampy bed, but I remember dreaming I was falling into this football field and I was super scared I would ... you know .. ker-splunky. Well, I ended up hitting the football field, but it was this huge trampoline. I ended up bouncing up into the air really high and falling back down again into it. I did this for awhile until I woke up and realized I was on the edge of my cot practically, about to fall out of bed.
