Religion

I was with my family and walking up to a building. It was kind of like a place you'd go during a break from hiking. A kid walked past me and I remember thinking "I'm glad I didn't pat the kids head or that would have been weird" since they weren't my kid. Suddenly a huge group was behind me so I walked in. I noticed someone was about to do a religious speech so I was trying to leave but people were telling me I couldn't. Finally I followed a child out. They all called me horrible names and tried to spit on me because I wasn't religious. I remember also walking last a couple water slides on my way to find my family. 

Ooohh. I remembered another part. Before this, I dreamt that it was getting very windy outside of a house I was in, so I told all of my kids and husband that we needed to get to an inner room in the house (must not have been a basement?) and a tornado passed through the house. I could feel myself being jolted a couple times from the house almost getting picked up. 

Auction

I kept waking up every 20 mins probably, so I had some random small dreams... I can only remember a couple. First one was me, a couple of my kids, my husband and some other adult were on a road and a tornado was passing by. We went under an overpass (don't know why, as I know this is a bad idea now) and just stood there... We didn't hold onto anything. In my head I was thinking, as the tornado was about to pick us up, that it was just a dream, so I should be sat down normal or woken up, which I did wake up. 

The other dream I had was my husband telling me that he put a bid in for a new house and that the house was my dentist's house. (In reality, this guy didn't look like my dentist at all, but maybe because he's newer since my older one retired and his son took over). I remember my husband showing me pictures of the house and there were random cringe-y photos of my dentist doing yoga poses maybe thinking it'd look cool for his house auction photos. 

Oooo.. I do remember a separate dream now but not much of it. I dreamt that my sister was sleeping in the porch at my childhood home. I was looking at her shelf of books etc. 

Destruction

Dreamt there was an advertisement on TV about tornado sestruyand they were showing my house. My husband jokes and said I'd never leave the house now (either because I was scared of a tornado or of criminals etc). 

Tornado

In a hotel with jq. Making out? Then the hotel turns into a bath. I'm taking a bath. My sister comes into bathroom and I'm trying to hide him behind me in the water. She walks off after getting or telling me whatever. Then we quickly get out and I run out of the room and try to distract people so he can get out without being noticed. I forget which room it is though. And go through them all trying to find the room I was in so that I can grab a souvenir from him. 

Before this, I was in a car with my aunt (driving), my mom, and my sister. Suddenly we see a long spout of a skinny tornado. My aunt follows it so we can get a video. I think we lose sight and accidentally go through it. 

Also I remember seeing my dad and asking him if I can write down his life story for the kids. He asks why and I try to explain that my grandparents never told theirs. He's hesitant because he feels suddenly old and dying. 

Tornadoes

Dreamt .me and husband and probably others are in the house or some other house. I noticed it's just me in the house and it's dark out I peek outside and I see theo tornadoes getting close across the street by the neighbors house and another one across the street at the gas station. I know they're headed to me next, so I walk a ways behind the house and towards the end of the street. I go around the block and feel like they have to have passed by now. I get to the house and it's very minimal damage. Just the roof in one small area. Animals are okay inside. Still no people but eventually they show up. Husband, and maybe someone else. I'm looking for better clothes in a pile on a table or bed or something. Possibly a bar table. 

Weather

Dreamt I was with a group. My aunt E, my mom and dad, my sister, and my husband and kids. We were outside trying to to get into a car and it was raining. I looked up at the sky and the clouds were awful. We all started running to the mall for shelter and I was going slow enough to listen to others talking to see if they had heard. Finally I just asked someone and she said yes. We get to the mall and I'm looking out windows trying to locate it vibrun around the mall trying to see where it's coming from. Finally I figure out that it might miss us but I see dad walking out of the building wanting to watch. He's have been fighting in the path. I yell to Sarah who's closer. She runs over, yells at Dad to come back in, my middle child is following, and I'm freaking out. Somehow they get in in time and we see the tornado. It passes us in the area my dad was going to and then we see it start to curve. I tell them we need to start running.

Then I dreamt that I was sitting next to husband. He's trying to have sex under a blanket practically in public. I kept pushing him away because our kids were in the room. Other stuff happened, can't remember. But then I remember being on a couch again but this time with a different guy. This time I'm letting him. My daughter walks in and I feel so awful. I explain that her dad would definitely leave me, for a good reason. I think other stuff happened after that but I don't remember what. That's all the main stuff. Oh wait! I dreamt I had to do a job. I had to climb into this what looked like a telescope and hit some buttons to set off a weather alarm because a tornado was coming. 

That's all I really remember. 

Best Teacher Award

Dreamt I found out that an old old old childhood friend won an award for best teacher, so I went to the school for find her. Through hallways, bathrooms, library, etc. Nada. Couldn't find her. Went up to every teacher a student to ask where she was. At some point there was even a tornado. 

Never did find her. Explained to a librarian how we knew each other, that we weren't exactly friends but acquaintances.. woke up. 

Tornadoes

Dreamt I was at a beach with my husband and kids. There was a bad guy or something that we were trying to stay away from. My two littlest boys that can't swim were in water and I had to help them both up and down and get out. We were all running..

 Then I dreamt I was with my kids and at least my aunt Erin but probably my mom and sister too. My aunt was driving. There were bad storms and tornadoes everywhere. We were in Tomah kind of near Burger King and I saw two tornadoes. One of in the direction of my house and another in the direction of theirs. The one by my house was coming towards tomah. Erin thought she could go extremely fast to pass the tornado getting closer. I was worried about the speed because of my kids and also I was worried we wouldn't be able to pass the tornado. Just way too close. She floored it though and I don't really know what happened but suddenly were in a tight alley but way up off the ground in a high riser style building. Windows everywhere. I'm looking for doors to get to safety and I see one door curves up. I yell out and there's this weird glitch in my voice. I peek around the corner and see a man in a tan rain jacket facing towards a wall. He does NOT want us in his room, so I usher my kids back out and lock the guy in his own room as he's running after us. We're about to go through another set of doors when I wake up. 

Hotel

Dreamt I was in a hallway or something. Like at a mall or hotel. It was probably supposed to be a hotel but looked more mall like. Wait. First maybe we were at a booth/table? And I had my boys with me, a ong with this guy....anyways walking away from table and through this mall hotel hallway thing, this guy that looked like cs but used the name de came with from the booth and showed me these books on the floor that are for kids and also this sign with an old and frayed rope tangled around into a word. De told me that some bad guys did something and made this sign and that in order to catch them and get the police to arrest them etc would be to turn that stuff in. He leaves to do another thing to stop the guys, and I took the sign with and started walking. I get to a room and Sarah sees the sign and starts messing with it and I yell at her not to because of the DNA evidence on it etc.. I'm trying to shut the hotel door thing and the door is super weird. It's material for a shower curtain and it folds a few times. I'm trying to shut it because a tornado is coming. (I don't think it does, but it was a little windy). Anyways then I leave the room and venture around, looking for police to show the sign etc. I walk up to this reception area and an old lady is there. I explain everything and she takes it. Then I ask her if she's seen de. She says name doesn't sound familiar etc. I walk away sad, then I see this this part of a hallway with some horizontal paneling on the wall, so I walk to it and shimmy myself up so that I'm kind of up high and hopefully hidden. Someone walks past and I worry they are bad people and that's why I hid. Instead, it's de. He climbs up also but we both fall and topple onto each other. I don't think we kiss because we were too new with each other but I sure did want to. 

Tornado Again

Was in this big Mall Of america like mall. It was so big that some people were sleeping in it. Sarah for sure. I saw shadows pass in a huge wall of a window several feet away and I just knew that was a tornado coming. Suddenly I'm not me and I'm watching the Twister peeps. A big tornado was coming at the so they jumped into a lake nearby. They swam up into the eye of it and it sucked them up. Woke up I believe. 

Tornadoes At A Party

Ugh, more tornadoes. Dreamt there was a party going on.. Halloween? Went to the party with a random boyfriend. We were really annoying and we're kicked out by the host who looked like John legends wife. she and her boyfriend/husband in the dream (wasn't John.. this guy was a major asshole that listened to metal) she hated me mostly and the rest of us because we were annoying at the party. Young, drunk, having sex etc. We get kicked out and are wandering the town, drunk and dressed in costumes. We're a bit loud again on the streets, and I can hear the girl Chrissie (?) screaming how much she hates me specifically and that we ruined her party. Suddenly there's tornadoes everywhere. We run into boyfriends house, looks very cabin-like, to hide out. Tornado is wrecking havoc outside. It's pulling up roofs. I realize the house were in is right next to the Chrissie lady's house. Her roof gets taken and shortly later she comes busting into our door terrified out of her mind and we're all huddled waiting out the storm. Eventually the storm settles down and Chrissie apologies. Woke up. 

Zombies

I was with this group of people we were walking outside of a house and saw tornadoes off in the distance everywhere, surrounding the house. Some straight, some curvy/zig zagged. We needed to get to safety. There were also bad people/perhaps sorcerers that were creating smoke in the sky in the shape of scary ass shit. They were threatening us... The guy I was with decided it'd be best to go back in time and fix things because there was no way out of the tornado/scary people situation. He went first to switch things around. Seems like his family were very rich/snobby and I just knew there was no way his family would ever let us hang out, so I just knew it'd be a lost cause to fix things and have us know each other sooner etc.. Somehow after he goes in the past, we've all switched and we're in a school (set in the garden maybe of my dad's property/where I grew up as a kid) and we're learning how to plant a picture/painting or whatnot with colorful flowers or whatnot on a plate. I'm sad because the guy I once was with romantically doesn't remember me anymore. I'm with another guy (not romantically, just from the same group in future, we both still have our memories and are standing next to each other)... We sit down next to my love from before and I'm just so bummed that he doesn't remember me at all.

Dreamt before this all that there was something wrong with some of the people in the world, like zombies. I'm walking with my random family (not my actual family I don't think) in a dark alley way, trying to hide/perhaps blend in with these zombie-like people. Some of the family gets taken (possibly all or most of the kids I had with the "husband". Absolute devastation. I also remember dogs in this dream. It was really hard to tell if the dogs were bad or not, so we had to push them outside. We hide out in a house, clearing it by going through the house and getting rid of any bad guys.. I think that maybe this was the beginning of the first story/dream I'm talking about and the husband from this dream is the love that went back in time in the other dream. The sorcerers with smoke from the dream before were the zombie-like people trying to get us. 

Another Fucking Tornado

Dad was in a chair by the window at his old house. Mom was in a chair further in the living room. I was standing. Sarah and a smaller boy were also there. We were young and a family again. A dog was outside and didn't want to come in so I kept yelling for it, finally blue lightning non stop outside, so I finally yelled for the dog and it came in. Just as he came in it picked up outside. Tornado happened. I ran to mom and hugged her/covered her to keep her safe. 

Woke up. Dad was with me. (Not my dad anymore...) He told me a tornado blew all of us away "everyone running like rabbits .. can't find anyone"... So we searched everywhere. We wandered the road and split up.. he took one side and went right and I took the other. I went towards town. Finally I decided to check for people that are hurt. I went into a building to see if maybe they were all in a makeshift hospital. I wandered until I found who I thought was Sarah. She wouldn't wake up but wasn't dead. Coma? I made note of her room and looked for mom and the brother. Went into a room and found "mom" (wasn't her.. looked nothing like her) she actually woke up. I told her we needed to get the fuck out of here. The people running this place were keeping everyone hostage or something. We crawled through the window and I told her to hide while I looked for the brother. Found him with a family eating dinner. Got his attention through a window but some lady also noticed so I kept walking last and hid behind a door / what looked like a bathroom stall. Finally I ran back out, saw he was outside the house this time following his "new mom" and I snatched him up and started running. I found "mom" and gave him to her. I let them continue hiding and was thinking of how to get Sarah when I woke up. 

Obama Wants To Be Left Alone.

Dreamt I was at my parents' old house, watching the news/weather. The news said that (although it was January) a really big tornado was expected tomorrow.

Then I was in Burnstads (a grocery store in town), and I was paying with chocolate-covered pretzels. The only problem was that while I was shopping for groceries, I was hungry, so I was eating my money. When I got to the register, I found out I only had maybe $3 (three pretzels) and the cashier needed $17 for everything. I asked him to take back everything except for the milk, butter, and another important. (Obviously the economy must still be in good shape in my dreams.. hmm..) The cashier was a nice guy around my age. The lady behind me, a fatter, older blond lady, was impatient and complained that I shouldn't be shopping with so little money. She almost made me cry though, so after the guy rang up the few things I bought, I walked up to the manager's area and praised the cashier that rang me up because he was so nice to me. I also told him about the bitch behind me that was really rude, and he points to this couch that magically appeared in the store and tells me that the bitch is the cashier's cousin. I left the store after that.

Then I dreamt my friend Dana and I were still in high school. It was really dark in the hallway, and we both saw the President walking in front of us. Dana really wanted his autograph, she started running and following him. She disappeared around the corner in the hallway, so I could only hear voices, but I heard him yell, "Who's behind me? NO! Please, I have a wife and kids! Leave me alone!" When I finally got far enough to seeing the two again, I saw her persist and finally he turned around, looked angry, grabbed her hand real hard and pushed her into the wall. I ran over to her and said, "Dana, come on.." and while we were walking away I was convinced I said her name wrong and that I meant to say the name Donna. (Around this dream I had watched the film La Bamba. It's the movie about Ritchie Valens, the guy that sang the song "Donna")

The Exorcist.

Dreamt I was in this house that was Cherish's and Monte's (Devin's sister and her fiance). I was going through shelves and organizing things into their correct places. I had the drawers out of their shelves and they were on this bed that was in the living room. Next to the shelves were all these extremely colorful statues and nicknacks. I guess it was early, early morning and I had drank the night before. Also, it seems Devin and I had broken up but I was still friends with Cherish, because she understood why I was drunk. She came out of her bedroom and I asked her if I woke her up and I was sorry if I did. She told me I was loud last night from drinking too much and I apologize and tell her that I can see things. I point to the statues and nicknacks on the bed and tell her I've been seeing three kinds of ghosts. The nicknacks are all shaped and painted to look like the ghosts. I had made these statues and nicknacks the night before, going crazy from all the hauntings. (This is where it gets weird. When I mention to her what the ghosts look like, they kind of appear behind me and when I turn to look, they disappear in a puff of smoke.) I tell her that the first ghosts that started haunting me was of an old woman. (She kind of looked like Anne Ramsey of the film Throw Momma From The Train). The next ghost I was haunted by was this creepy old man with dark circles around his eyes. (He reminded me of a character from the film Haunted Honeymoon, but I couldn't find the right guy when I looked up pictures). Then I pointed to this hand-statue and explained that the third thing that haunted me was that whenever I laid down in bed, a bunch of these hands would appear and start pushing me into the bed, attempting to suffocate me. Then the dream switches to the past and I'm rollerskating down this crowded street in bad weather and eventually I spot Devin, so I skate over and we start walking. (I'm not roller skating anymore.) It seems a tornado might blow through and someone tells us to find shelter, so we go into this broken down and abandoned building. Devin disappears and I am with this person that looks like a mix between AJ Langer (of My-So-Called Life) and Tegan Quin (lol, I know they look nothing alike, but they kept changing into each other throughout the rest of the dream) and there is also another person with us. This other person is going to try to give me an exorcism to rid the ghosts/demons that are afflicting me. I notice that I'm wearing this short black dress and black knee-high stockings. We get to this bedroom that is blackened from a fire and really grimy (AJ Langer/Tegan is carrying me). The exorcist tells me to lay in this bed to call forth the ghost-hands so that she can expel them from me. I start to lay down, but Tegan/AJ Langer sits down first and pushes me onto her lap so that I'm technically not laying down yet. She doesn't want the ghosts to appear and try to kill me. Meanwhile the exorcist was setting things up and once finished she tells me that we are ready to begin. I freak out and sit up in Tegan/AJ Langer's lap and hug her tight. Then I lower myself down onto the bed and I and AJ Langer/Tegan are both crying hysterically and I start feeling the hands trying to suffocate me by pressing me into the bed. Suddenly everything changes and my dream switches to two women (that look like Alyson Hannigan and Amber Benson) having sex. Alyson was wearing exactly what I wore. Then the vision of them gets blurry and further away and it seems to be a movie that is on this television at an airport. I am standing in the airport watching the TV and wondering how on earth this is suitable to show in such a public and child-friendly area like an airport. Then my dream became lucid and I blamed myself, wondering how I could allow a sex scene on television with all kinds of children around in my dream. I woke a few seconds later.

Screams In Dreams.

Dreamt I was buying a Halloween costume at Goodwill. I found this white poufy dress that looked like what Buffy wore in the movie Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

I'm at this school and in a room there is a trial going on. There is a man on trial for something. He's wearing an orange suit and he isn't cuffed. He playfully chases the female judge out of the room. An old woman stands up from a table in the room to help get the guy back in here, and I stop her for a second. I tell her it's funny how older people are more apt to help someone out than younger people. Then everyone leaves except for two women, who begin talking about Detox Tea. I leave the room and the school looks a lot like a hospital. All the people from the trial are in this hospital hallway, so I sneak into this bathroom. As I am walking, I stare at this mirror and notice a face that isn't mine. It's some blond teenager wearing all pink. I check around in the bathroom for her to be sure it wasn't just my imagination. She comes out of a stall and out of the bathroom and into the hallway. I follow her and see she is setting bright orange clothes into a laundry basket.

Then I'm at my Aunt and Uncle's, and it's set up like a school as well. At this point, I'm thinking that the school I'm at is a faraway place. Nowhere near home. I'm watching a television monitor on the wall and the weather channel is on. A bad storm is coming. The TV keeps showing Wisconsin and New York. I grab a phone from the wall and call my sister. She has a strong Wisconsin dialect. (Think Fargo.) Eventually I get off the phone and hear a classmate freaking out about the storm that's coming. She tells me she's having troubles screaming. Then we talk about how hard it is to scream when you are dreaming, and I tell the girl that I've only ever been able to fully scream (not whisper a scream) about three or four times.

9/24/10 - House Above The Storm.

I'm in the house I grew up in, looking out the screen door. It's storming outside. The weather was really bad, I was sure a tornado was going to blow through. Tegan & Sara and their posse were in my dream, plus lots of other random people, and I was looking for something and asked everyone at the party if they knew where it was and they didn't know. I also remember an old friend was falling asleep against the wall, sitting up, and I laid my head on his shoulder and tried to sleep too, but the storm or something wouldn't let me. Then I'm in my new house, and I'm upstairs looking out the window. The clouds from the other place are still out there, only now the clouds are below the house. As if my house was floating on the clouds. The clouds were pink and purple and I could see the lightning shooting down from under us. I was in the exercise room, and there was this kid in there with me. I threw a pillow at him for some reason.

Also, at some point at the party in the house, someone mentioned Walt. A few people did.

9/19/10 - No Shelter.

I'm in a house similar to what I grew up in, only it has many levels. There's a really bad storm outside, and many tornadoes passing through. Devin and our dog Moses and I are taking shelter each time one passes. The first one that passes is when we are not in a good shelter. We're in a room with no walls. When Devin leaves, I'm sitting on the floor pressed against the wall clinging onto Moses.


Later on, I'm alone and in the den. The aquarium falls over and I run to save the fish inside, but when I grab a bag of water, it's full of dead fish and I can't tell apart the alive ones from the dead ones. I come to the conclusion that this bag is what Devin puts his dead fish in when they die.

Late July 2009 - When Soulmates Meet.

Forgot my dream, here's one from Late July 2009. (seriously, I wrote "late July", I'm forgetful like that) So in a way, this dream took place almost a year ago to the day.


Dreamt I was in this different dimension of sorts.. Ville Valo was teaching me and a couple of others how to create storms. The atmosphere was thick with purple fog and pink sky.. Colors mingling.. We all had our own sections of worlds, though.. (I forgot to mention that before this, I was alive and Ville wasn't, and I died from a bee sting that made me swollen all over and eventually found Ville..) Anyways, we were creating our own storms and I couldn't even make a storm cloud and neither could anyone else he was teaching.. Suddenly a tornado formed from what we were all trying to create, and it broke through everyone's worlds, merging everything.. I didn't know where to go to be safe, but eventually found a place to hide while the tornado ran amok. After the tornado finished it's course, I was in this dark hallway with Ville and we were both hearing this loud ticking sound inside the walls. We searched everywhere for where it was coming from, and he was really excited about looking.. We ripped apart the walls and finally he found what it was.. When he found it, he disappeared, and I was back outside. I saw this big marble on the ground and picked it up. An old woman with long white hair came up to me and, while I was peering into it, she told me that marbles appear every time soul mates meet in a lifetime.

Sky

7/28/10 - Tornado!

I'm on my childhood property, at the pond. ((This is weird, because today I went down to the pond to drive my dad there so he could mow it and see it again)). In the dream, I'm with a bunch of people. A lot of my dad's family is there, and other people, some I don't know.. I'm fighting with most of them, not getting along.. Well, they're fighting with me, they don't approve of me or something. For some reason there is a TV attached to a tree and we look at it and see that a big storm is coming our way. What's interesting is that I remember the storm was coming to at a southeasterly angle, and usually they go northeast. Right over our area was a bright red cloud on the TV, so we all started running for the house. I was also looking at a map of the area with my sister, and in real life I actually was looking at a map of Wisconsin the night before, so I must have dreamt that part because of her. There were probably fifty people at the pond, so we were all trying to run through the woods to get to shelter. We knew a tornado was coming. When we get to the porch, there is a table with food and I don't know why, but I remember making a plate for my dad so that he'd have something to eat while waiting in the basement. Dad and some woman (that looked like Amy Sedaris when she played in Strangers With Candy) were the only ones there, and this Amy look-a-like was sitting on a bench eating as well.. I sit next to "Amy" and tell her she can come down to my basement. I also tell Dad that he, Mom, Sarah, Joran and his family can all go down to the basement as well. I meant at my house, which is a half-hour away from where we were, but at the time I didn't seem to realize the distance it would take to get there. Dad tells me he doesn't want to run anymore, that the tornado will be here soon. I tell him we don't have to run, and I walk to this door that is against one of the porch walls and I open the door. I show him that it is a secret passageway to my basement. (It seems like a transporting system, because it opens up right at the bottom of the stairs, right where you'd step to get to the floor from the stairs). He heads down and I wait for the rest of my family to show up so that I can tell them where the shelter is.

I dreamt that the radio was on beside my bed (it really was, outside of my dream..) The song Don't Let Me Go by The Fray was on the radio, and in my dream I abhorred the song, so I tried to change the station, but it was on every station.


xx I woke up again, and tried to fall asleep, but as I was doing so, I was still quite awake but in a state of dreaming. I pictured very clearly myself sitting down against a white wall and yelling that everything was way too real, that I wasn't dreaming. That completely woke me up, so I wrote that down. Finally I fell asleep. xx


I dreamt again about the tornado coming. I was at my Aunt's, and we were getting a car my mom used to drive and we drove it to where I used to live growing up. (My aunt and parents lived next door to each other). People got into the car (Mom, Dad and maybe Sarah and Joran), and I saw about fifteen kittens crawling around by my feet and I could NOT leave them for the tornado to kill, so I tried to collect them and get them in the car. There were also three adult cats and one dog I had to save, but all the animals kept piling out every time I would put one in. All the while, my family waited surprisingly patient in the car for me to get them all in. I ended up waking up before I got them all in.





Fighting
