Dreamt cleaning the house upstairs. Messy. Found a bunch of presents in a corner under a tree. Forgotten.

Okay I heard footsteps and see husband's mom walk in. She had a cane or a crutch and I noticed she had no shoe on and was missing her toes. I first was worried about the mess. She seemed disappointed and maybe mad about it but didn't say anything. My son and I were by the stairs when she came back out and I kind of asked very subtle what happened and she started crying a bit and sat down on the floor. I pushed my son to her to hug her and I pttted her back. Whatever she was talking about scared me thinking it'd happen to me.. 

Ahhhhh another dream. Husband wanted sex so we were about to (no shorts on me) and I heard kids coming up.i ran over and leaned over and saw them coming up. Ran to the bathroom and didn't even have time to turn a light on when my two oldest came in while I was picking up a blue crayon off the floor to pretend like I was cleaning. Kids were sad because they didn't know where we were. 

Then I dreamt that I got emails that were happy first but turned threatening because someone had read some on my book and finished where I stopped (handful of chapters in) and wanted more. I complained how I'll have to write more. Sister in law was there and overheard and wondered what site I was writing on etc i started showing her the website (this one) and realized I was logged into my kids' school account and accidentally failed a test. I freaked out about that but didn't really do anything. 

After that, I was looking at the mirror and noticed my teeth were AWFUL. Some missing, one of them really loose. I could wiggle it. I freaked out. 

I dreamt about the teeth issue because I had just taken my kids to dentist. Husband is taking his family to the country fair today, so maybe that's why. Got an email from kids school this morning when I woke up for a second and I'm thinking that's why I dreamt that. 

So tired now.

Cleaning

Dreamt me and husband were cleaning the camper out but it was also dad's house/childhood home. Clothes everywhere, furniture everywhere.. found a console TV and hid that in a corner behind other furniture because I didn't want my dad seeing it and wanting it lol. I remember walking into the kitchen and seeing the counters were flipped the wrong way (my sister and mom cleaned this room), and dad's kitchen was extremely clean. Also remember when I was cleaning stuff out, there were a bunch of toys of my daughter's and I was trying to stuff what I could in bookbags etc. 

Alien

Ugh nightmare. Dreamt I was cleaning a house/playing some task game. Fill cat food, clean out stuff,next. Got into a living room that might have also been my grandma's bedroom and I saw my plant acting too heavy hanging up. I had my sister help me and we started lifting it some and moving it. Next to window outside in the dark, we saw a glass orb like a cover of a bathroom light fixture. It was zooming away as soon as we saw we freaked out and thought aliens. I peeked out window one last time and saw a green alien staring back.

Freaked out, crying, woke up 

 

Cleaning

Dreamt I was on my phone and saw that my favorite musician was posting a video and the background has all these familiar names etc, and then I realized they were in the area. I freaked out and was worried they were going to stop at my house. I started cleaning the house (it was my childhood home), and the house was a complete mess. Woke up exhausted, thankfully no one stopped by, I don't think lol. Oh I forgot. While cleaning, I got a really weird number and I can't remember if anyone ever talked or not, but it made me clean faster. 

And now I remember another dream. My daughter and I were in a car. My daughter was driving on the interstate and we were looking for my husband. We weren't sure if he was supposed to work that day or not, but needed to get a hold of him fast. We stopped at some business thinking he'd be there if he was, and didn't see him. 

Camping

Dreamt I'm in a basement. I'm cleaning some clothes I think. Seems like the rooms I'm in switch to being in a basement or childhood dining room. I'm packing to go camping. I'm with my husband, but my husband comes downstairs and asks me if it's okay to celebrate my ex's brother's birthday when we celebrate mine and my husband's. 

I can't remember a whole lot. Just doing laundry so I can pack to go camping. 

Oo. At some point I'm making out with TQ. 

Test

(In real life, my two sons have these 'reading screeners' meeting today where they have to read in front of a teacher to see if they need help with progressing).... Anyways, I dreamt realistically. 'woke up' exhausted and kept wanting to sleep in. Need to clean house, make sure boys look presentable, put on makeup etc, and it's getting close. Well just now I woke up to a nightmare. I dreamt I finally decided to wake up and my husband is dressed in his work outfit. He says he works today. Also he tells me he made lunch and it just looks like deli meat in some gravy in a casserole dish. I quickly look for another casserole dish and find one in dish washer and start scraping it (because it's not totally clean) so I can make the lunch we were supposed to have. Then my husband is gone and I tell me daughter she'll have to sit with each boy that isn't doing the test at the time, so that they aren't distracting the other. I start cleaning the house some. 

Then I woke up. Thank fuck that my husband is off today. 

Cleaning

Dreamt I was cleaning the floor of my room as a teenager. Found a negative pregnancy test. Don't remember anything else but will add if I do remember. 

Book Party

Dreamt I was cleaning my house (but it was my childhood home) because I had gotten stuck with a dumb MLM-buy-party thing, and didn't think about it til the day of. I realized I have no food at all to feed people, so I call my aunt but she doesn't answer. Called my mom next and she does answer. I ask her if she could stop at a store and pick up some pizzas and then maybe some sides like Cole slaw etc. we start talking about the party and I list off a couple people going to be there like her cousin Mina (and then mentally realizing that everyone there will be family and I have no friends). I remember cleaning counters, sweeping, moving clothes, and then thinking I should take a shower because I was stinky, so I took these tall black crew socks off my sweaty feet and threw them in the closet. At this point I start thinking it might be dad's house and I probably won't get those socks back. Did all that while talking to Mom on phone. She tells me her and my aunt won't be able to make it. She asks me what the party is selling and I try to think and that's when I realized the party I was stuck hosting was from an online party, and that it's probably all online. Immediately I try to get online. I see it's 8 something pm and I might have missed it entirely. 

Garage

Dreamt I was at Sarah's and I was helping them with their garage or something. Sarah was scraping stuck on rocks on the ceiling and wall (similar to how you'd get off popcorn ceiling. I told her I could take over since it's tough work. Of course when I do it I managed to start dropping important stuff and suddenly the whole garage starts to slowly collapse in. I run out from under the garage as it's falling down. I feel awful for breaking it. I tell them the Devin and I would buy a new garage at some point.

Grandpa's House

Dreamt my sister and I were at Grandpa's house. It's weird because some of the time he was gone, but other times he was still alive. What I do remember was we had to go through grandma's clothes and miscellaneous things to clear out the house kind of. I found some pictures and clothes and kind of looked through but felt weird going through stuff, so when I heard grandpa downstairs I stopped. I can't remember what happened after. I think I remember wondering how my sister and I will get home, since any cars that were parked there looked broken down. 

Happy Birthday

Hmmm. I was cleaning.. my sister and her friend John were there. Seems like I was pretending to be someone else? We had to sing Happy Birthday and was holding my dog Moses (he passed away awhile ago). 

Cousins

It was a heavy dream, but sadly I don't remember much. I DO remember making a bed and the comforter didn't fit well. The bed was at my dad's/my childhood home but it was all my stuff. I really can't remember much. Oh God hahahahahaha. I remember something now. I dreamt we found out that husband is related to a celebrity he doesn't care for. Their moms were sisters. He was horrified but then got over it I guess lol. 

Cake

Cleaned the house (the house was childhood home) with daughter.. Though it was also my own house. Put blankets for couch in the washer.. expecting husbands aunt Shirley. Cleaning for a birthday party (daughter's).. we had a lot to do so I was trying to convince her to get a cake from Walmart instead of make it. I told her they may have Digital Circus cakes and she got excited and said she'd go with that if they did. So I started calling my sister because she borrowed husband's Eclipse car. Phones not answering so I peek out dad's bathroom window from the kitchen and I see them pulling up (also got a notification that a cousin has just arrived home which made me think they were home too because they were all together or something anyways I'm looking out window and I see sister get out and she's going to back to open trunk. Husband walks over to look out too and he says under his breath that he hopes they're careful as the car is a manual. All of a sudden Erin rolls back where Sarah is, looking into car, about to run over her. I wake up immediately. 

Party Pooper

(I need to explain.. This Saturday Scarlet is invited to a family Halloween party, but she's afraid of Halloween decorations, masks, etc.. I told her she isn't going to be forced to go, but Devin at first told her she has to (she whines when we mention the party and says she doesn't want to go). Small fights leading up to this dream..)

Dreamt I was at a party that may have been at my dad's pond. Devin's family and some random dude I've never met in real life, but apparently knew in my dream, were all there. They tell us there is a Halloween party they have to go to suddenly and that Scarlet has to come. I tell Devin that it's totally up to Scarlet whether she goes. Of course she says no, so now everyone is mad at me. I'm getting mean looks from his family, who are now getting into cars, and this random guy starts yelling at me. Everyone is leaving for the party but him (suddenly we are near my dad's house and I'm about to walk in). Then he hits me in the face. I. am. pissed. He leaves. Devin is somewhere still on the property, but we're both so mad at each other that I don't even care where he is. I don't even think Scarlet was actually in this dream, but I'm pretty sure she stayed 'home' with us. I start cleaning up the house from this party that was happening and start to wander upstairs (now the dream is set in my own home). I see my sister up there and I start to talk to her about what happened, but then I hear Devin walking up the stairs. I'm ready for the impending fight we will have, but wake up instead.

Doormat

Dreamt Devin and I were living in an apartment and next door to us was my sister, mother and aunt. Somehow my family couldn't afford to live on their own so my sister forced Devin and I to move in with them. Being the doormat in real life that I am, I started moving our things into their apartment. I remember the apartment building was very retro looking - '70s. Orange shag carpet, dull floral sofas.. I was the only one that seemed to be moving things around and everyone else was just going about their thing. At one point I noticed my dog was near a closet in a bedroom, so I went over to the closet to pick him up. Suddenly my sister lets out this blood-curdling scream that there was a skunk near us. I looked over to the right of me, just against the wall outside of the closet was this creepy-looking (DID NOT LOOK LIKE A SKUNK, MORE LIKE A HUGE, DEMONIC, BROWN WEASEL) skunk. My dog started off towards him, but I snagged him up before he had a chance to get the skunk to spray..

Other things happened, but how long it's been since I've written down in a journal.. I just can't remember as well anymore.

Moving

Skunk

Dare Me To Stick My 'D' Out?

Dreamt I was in this class and that people were dying off. We were all trying to figure out why people were dying. One of the guys in the class died on the spot and I told everyone I had just seen him healthy as a horse a few minutes ago. This troubled us and we all were worried it was something viral and untreatable. The classroom switched to my parents' kitchen and there was this real pretty girl I had a crush on. I wanted to ask her out, but so did my boyfriend Devin (not my boyfriend in my dream, though). For some very strange reason, he pulls his pecker out and tried to tease her with it. I shit you not, it was practically a foot long. He even whipped her with it at one point. I scolded him and took him into the bathroom and told him that women don't like men that show themselves like that. We like a mystery. I don't know why I was giving him pointers if I liked the girl so much, but I did. Anyways, I told him to get into the shower because we thought this might keep us from dying. (Maybe 'cleansing' the problem? I don't know..) I kept giving him pointers and eventually opened the curtain to find a dog. I start giving the dog a bath, not noticing that it was Devin just a second ago. I can hear my mom outside telling someone that I am taking forever and that it's probably because of my gloves. I look at my hands and notice I have thick gloves on. I take them off and finish giving the dog a bath. Then I pick the dog up and we walk out of the bathroom and are in this gas station. While I was giving the dog a bath, my mom was annoying me with questions like "What calendar do you want?" and things like that. It annoyed me, because I just wanted to hurry up and give the dog his bath. I ended up telling her to just give me whatever calendar my aunt didn't want.

I might have to blame my friend Anna for this dream and for reminding me about Andy Milonakis and me having to youtube his videos again for a laugh. In one of his videos, he's in a grocery store asking people, "You dare me to stick my 'D' out?" haha.

Tomato In My Mouth.

Dreamt that I was cleaning my house (although the house didn't really look like my own). I was doing laundry mainly and this felt really, really real. I also had sharp deja vu in this part of the dream, as if I had been in this house in real life. While cleaning, I felt really lonely. No one was home except me and I was worried about being alone.

Then I dreamt Devin's cousin and wife were in the backseat of my Mustang. Nobody was driving, I was just cleaning it out. I grab things out of the middle compartment and I see these strawberries (that eventually turn into tomatoes). I'm throwing all of them away in this bowl to throw away, grabbing handful after handful.. Suddenly I am in a kitchen instead of the car, although I don't notice this, and Devin's cousins are still there as well. Devin's cousin's wife tells me she wants me to save any of the tomatoes that still look okay, because she's really hungry. I give her the bowl and tell her to throw away what she doesn't want to eat. She takes the bowl and I walk off with eating a piece of a tomato and I hear a knock at the door. I go to open it and I see a friend from Australia in the doorway. I still have a bit of tomato in my mouth, so I point to my mouth and say, "Hi! ..Tomato in my mouth." She laughs loud and I follow suit and she hands me a gift.

The Underground Tunnels

Dreamt that I was at my aunt and uncle's house outside, sitting at this picnic table with my ex's family and my dad's family as well. I couldn't find my sister Sarah there, so I asked them if they had seen her and my ex's mom told me that she heard my sister playing drums. (This is strange because in my dream it seemed like there was this curfew or maybe just bad people about, so there were underground tunnels that got us to where we needed to go, and in my dream, his mom told me that she could hear the sound of my sister hitting the drums from the tunnels echoing the sounds into her house.) This seemed perfectly logical, so I sat down satisfied with that answer. Then my aunt Kathi asked the group, "I thought Sarah was a guitar girl?" and one of my uncles said, "She's a drummer girl now. She's an Oppelt. Oppelts can do anything."

Then I dreamt I was in this waterpark/maze thing with my boyfriend and we had to go back through the maze to get out of this waterpark, but for some reason the workers that were there were suspicious about us, so they followed us and threatened us. At some point my boyfriend and I separated and I ran into this bedroom. I tried to think of a way to hide myself before a worker came in and found me, so I transformed myself into a Cookie Monster outfit and threw myself onto a hanger and sat myself on the bed. The worker came in and didn't notice me, so he left. I then notice a bath is running in the corner of the bedroom and I turn it off. The bath was overflowing, though, so I mopped it up with a towel a bit to keep from ruining the floor. Then I noticed a cat on the floor that was about to give birth... I know, icky. The momma kitten kept getting smaller and smaller until she was also a kitten.

Party Party Party.

Dreamt I was at my aunt and uncle's and apparently it was someone's birthday. There was all kinds of wrapping paper all over the floor. I was with a bunch of women with short pixie haircuts and we were all really drunk. They women started filing out of the living room and towards the back bedroom down the hallway and one of them came over and told me that we were going to go out and get trashed at the bars tonight. Before the woman followed them into the bedroom, she gave me a candle and put it in my pocket. I didn't really think anything of it. I decided to pick up the house a little bit before we left. When she came back, she pointed at the candle in my pocket and I took it out and looked at it. At first I thought she had the idea that I stole it from her, but she teased me and said I was too drunk to remember her putting it in my pocket.

Then I was in a completely different place. I was in a bedroom, looking into a dresser drawer, and I saw these kittens poking their heads out. I thought they were adorable.. At first. Then I noticed not all of these kittens were real kittens. Some were rats. I couldn't tell them apart, though. I knew the mice were trying to bite me when I grabbed at them to separate them from the kittens, but the kittens were trying to bite at me, too.

7/24/10 - Making All Kinds Of Nonsense.

Well, it's late and I forgot to write this one down. Anyways, I was half asleep and scribbled this this morning, so don't ask what I meant.




"Bodyguard for something. Using jeep (? jun? jen?) as a different car {? us?). Mopping floor. Messy house. Devin buys clamps for car part. Dating some girl. School. Sarah at bar. Nachos. In car, cops peeping."



Yeah, I was totes half-asleep.
