Kinda scary dream.. dreamt I was going to a park with my husband and kids. Some guy walked up with a sign and asked me something stupid and maga, anti-LGBT or anti-abortion etc and I answered back truthfully and a little annoyed, and the guy got irate. Husband and kids and I left the park because the guy seemed scary. Back at home and I suddenly get a phone call and my phone shows me it's the same guy calling that we saw at the park. Same time that my phone calls, we also get a loud, banging knock on the door. I recall hearing this happen to other women in my head and worry I will be killed. I yell to my husband to please make sure the door is locked, and I quickly assess whether I should call the police or not. I don't remember what happened after, but I don't think I woke up right away either?

The Cellar

I was in this whole other family and I was the dad. At least in one part. What I remember is there were bad people or one person was bad? I had a shotgun and in a cellar and the room was dark and the baby/toddler thing tried to take my gun and almost shot. We were fighting for the gun and it started pointing first towards me then towards the sky (we were in a cellar though so I was worried someone was above us). I took the gun back and the older daughter criticized me for having the gun ready to shoot, so I made it safer somehow. Then the older daughter felt more ghostlike to me. It was weird! 

One other thing I remember. I was looking either at my phone at a photo and it was my mother in law with a couple of her sisters. They posted a caption like 'does anyone else use this in old age?' or something like that, and one of them was holding a can of hair spray and all of them had their elbows up/towards the camera. I remember feeling my elbows and they were really, really cracked and rough and thick flakes were on them. I was thinking how much I should probably use that tip from now on. 

Edit: weird! I'm reminded of another part in my dream. Me and my kids were singing along to the Beatles song 'In My Life' ... I remembered this because after I woke up I was scrolling Instagram and my friend made a fathers day post and used that song as her background. Crazy how that happens.. 

Kidnapped

Dreamt that me and a group of people were kidnapped. We were driving and had to stop at a place and some guy and his other kidnapped teens grabbed us. Husband was with me also kidnapped. I tried to stay close to him the whole time. I don't remember a lot. Seems like we were stuck, but able to move around in this huge building. 

Stalker

Such a weird dream today! Dreamt that there was a killer going after me or my daughter. It was just her and my husband - didn't have the boys. Okay so I remember bits and pieces. Daughter had her teachers, except that one of them came to the house, and it ended up being a childhood friend of mine that teaches in real life. We always had a weird friendship maybe based off jealousy, so there was a bit of tension and we grew apart as we got older in real life. Anyways, she came over. She was teaching my daughter and we knew we needed to leave the house because of this killer. I told them I needed to pack some things. I quickly stopped at a library where I met with my daughter's math teacher and he gave me some homework for her. Then I came back to the house and me, daughter, and childhood friend all were quickly leaving the house and walking out into a busy city but looked like Tomah, near the library. We all walked quickly and tried to act different, happy, to not look like ourselves in case the killer was there watching. Saw another child of mine - another random daughter - and also a random daughter of my childhood friend's. They came over and we all put our arms around each other to look like more people / less like us. Woke up. My husband was in the dream in the beginning and so was childhood friend's husband. Seems like her husband was telling a joke but he was being so so sooo quiet so I had to fake laugh the whole time hoping it sounded like I could hear him and thought the joke was funny. Childhood friend's cousin (another childhood friend) was in a part in the beginning also. We just talked for a split second. 

Before all of this I was at my mom's and I made pistachio fluff but was out of an ingredient, so my mom had to go get something. 

Cursed Photo

Dreamt I was cleaning out the old house. Like we're moving out and I had to clean out everything, so I was grabbing a bunch of stuff that I saw in a little corner in the wall. I saw papers and pictures and pieces of glass. I was reaching in trying to grab stuff and couldn't get everything so Sarah helped. She seemed pissed off at me. She got what she could but said there was one photo she couldn't get because it was stuck to the wall or floor. She told me to just take a picture of it. I grabbed out my phone to take one and the first time I took a picture I looked demonic with red eyes. Second one I took seemed like maybe it would be okay. I looked at the pictures I took and I looked dead/rotted. Sarah was shocked and said that wasn't good. It meant a ghost was haunting the house and wouldn't let me go until I did something - like maybe beat them in a game. Crap I forgot what.  Anyways I was against this woman/ghost/creepy rotten lady and trying to win. I dunno what I had to do, but at some points I was also alone in a bathtub ;) ahem so it's all confusing. Also at one point I remember being in my dad's garden and there were others and we were all separate and hiding behind plants and stuff the best we could. I remember trying to twerk and didn't know if I was doing it right. Lol.. Anyways, somehow I beat her. I was free and not cursed. Mom and Sarah and Devin and Erin were all walking over and telling me that we'll have to start fresh and that we can all live together "in their basement" under this garage. It was a really pretty royal blue color I remember made of tin. Okay so we're walking down the stairs and I'm looking at everything and mom is kind of telling me what rooms will be what. Living room, then a room after that that had counters in it would be a good kitchen. There was a room on the other side of the counters that we said would make a good dining room. Walking to the right from that room I found this oblong room and we decided to put a wall in and make it two rooms. Then mom said there was another two rooms on the other side by the living room. I walked into a room to start working on cleaning and finishing and dev came with and we started making out. 

Sleep

Ugh. Bad dream. Not a good one for the health anxiety. 

Dreamt I was at a table and just getting tired. I could barely keep me eyes open. (In real life, I just heard about my husband's uncle who kept getting tired at a card game last night and was just exhausted.. he has parkinsons and it's progressing a lot these past few weeks..) Anyways in the dream I was getting tired and having a hard time keeping my eyes open. Once they shut, I could NOT open them and I immediately felt myself shift to a REALLY intense deep sleep. I couldn't wake myself up. I kept trying to open my eyes, wouldn't work. Tried to shake myself awake, wouldn't work. So terrified. I just could not wake up in my dream or in real life for a few minutes. Finally I could feel my body moving in real life and was able to rouse myself enough to wake up. Scared to go back to bed now... Thankfully just a nap on the couch and I can stay awake if need be. 

The Affair

Worst dream ever. 😢 Dreamt husband cheated/fell in love with someone online. He handed me his phone and I can't remember what it was. An email? Texts? Video? Photos? But he showed me the proof. Some girl at work from his old distribution job/maybe just randomly online. I ended up calling her when I saw a link to her number. I just remember trying to be nice and asking about the guy she's seeing and then got straight up murderous and just said "well he's fucking married, you bitch." After hanging up, I pleaded with him to show me something about her again. He pretended to go through his phone and find something, made an elaborate gift where I had to unwrap his phone or whatnot or peel away at a cake or something and nothing was there and he was laughing. He was done and didn't care. It felt so real. The kids were there and they didn't seem bothered by what was going on either. 

I also dreamt a random cat we owned got outside and ran off and to find him I had to become an animal. Wait... I also dreamt I was a snail too. I don't know. Very fucked up dream. I feel like I took a bunch of magnesium or something. (I did rub a lot of magnesium lotion on myself last night since I was so sore from work.) I'm just absolutely exhausted. Physically, mentally, emotionally. 

Tornadoes

Me, husband, my sister, aunt, mom, kids maybe, and husband's sister or mom are all at warrens mall. (A gas station). It seems so nice out. There's a school bus stopped off to the side near post office road. The kids and husband all get out and I'm watching my daughter wander through this crowd of children and it's hard to tell her apart because a LOT of the girls have tie dye pink and purple on similar to what my daughters wearing. I ask my sister in law if it's a common color for kids nowadays because I'm astounded I can't tell her apart.  Eventually I see her. Anyways now we're driving. I don't know if I have kids in car or if they stayed back at the gas station with husband, but he is definitely not in car. We are driving and get five miles out of town, going towards tomah, and I look out my window and see several long, skinny tornadoes off in the distance. I immediately tell everyone in car and try to call my husband. It doesn't go through. I tell my sister we also need to call Dad and warn him because he doesn't have a basement. Sister says she'll try to get a hold of Dad, so I try calling husband again. Finally I get a hold of him. I tell him frantically what's going on and that it's headed his way. As I'm telling him that I see we are passing ANOTHER tornado that looks even deadlier and honestly really, really close to us. We are just about to get into Tomah. We're all freaking out now. We hear a loud sound and see it's a red airplane coming down, and it's aimed straight for a building near our road, aimed to hit just as we're passing the building. We pass, it hits, explosions go off everywhere, and I wake up. 

Zombies

I was with this group of people we were walking outside of a house and saw tornadoes off in the distance everywhere, surrounding the house. Some straight, some curvy/zig zagged. We needed to get to safety. There were also bad people/perhaps sorcerers that were creating smoke in the sky in the shape of scary ass shit. They were threatening us... The guy I was with decided it'd be best to go back in time and fix things because there was no way out of the tornado/scary people situation. He went first to switch things around. Seems like his family were very rich/snobby and I just knew there was no way his family would ever let us hang out, so I just knew it'd be a lost cause to fix things and have us know each other sooner etc.. Somehow after he goes in the past, we've all switched and we're in a school (set in the garden maybe of my dad's property/where I grew up as a kid) and we're learning how to plant a picture/painting or whatnot with colorful flowers or whatnot on a plate. I'm sad because the guy I once was with romantically doesn't remember me anymore. I'm with another guy (not romantically, just from the same group in future, we both still have our memories and are standing next to each other)... We sit down next to my love from before and I'm just so bummed that he doesn't remember me at all.

Dreamt before this all that there was something wrong with some of the people in the world, like zombies. I'm walking with my random family (not my actual family I don't think) in a dark alley way, trying to hide/perhaps blend in with these zombie-like people. Some of the family gets taken (possibly all or most of the kids I had with the "husband". Absolute devastation. I also remember dogs in this dream. It was really hard to tell if the dogs were bad or not, so we had to push them outside. We hide out in a house, clearing it by going through the house and getting rid of any bad guys.. I think that maybe this was the beginning of the first story/dream I'm talking about and the husband from this dream is the love that went back in time in the other dream. The sorcerers with smoke from the dream before were the zombie-like people trying to get us. 

Hide and Seek

I was at a party with husband, my dad, my dad's friend Jack, and husband's family (or at least for sure his sister, new boyfriend and ex husband, littlest daughter etc). 

I don't remember much. But it was a party of some sort and I remember singing along to music while doing dishes. Jack comes over for a second I think for a quick small tall bit then I see dad, Jack, husband, and husband's sister all holding bite sized moldy broccoli. I'm confused. Dad tells me that mold is safe to eat because it's just oxygen hitting or something or others and he starts drizzling a little bit of western dressing on his and everyone is doing the same. Dad gives me one and then makes himself one. We're all supposed to down this together like it's a shot. Everyone is eager to try except me. As soon as everyone is distracted by eating it, I quickly give my husband one. 

Hey perfect timing I remember what happened before this and that part of dream is over... Woke up. Before that, we were playing hide and seek. It was a weird mix of inside the house (maybe grandpa's this time?) and the woods on dad's property. Some guy is counting and we're all rushing to hide almost like we'll be killed if found. I'm terrified so I cling to my husband's back of his shirt while he's jumping/flying onto a tree. We get on top of one and husband slides further and falls to ground. The seeker saw us and jumps to me and I just drop down hoping he doesn't notice and see where I land. I land in some clothes and sightly on top of my daughter who's hiding. I just try to discreetly sink further into the clothes and blankets so everything is covered. I think I'm good and he doesn't see me (or my daughter). 

Killing Time

Bad people going after us. It was like they could kill us multiple times coming back to life or we could come back to life. I know me and Sarah were for sure together in the dream.. I don't know who else was with us, but a family of us. I think I was young, so must have been my parents. I know we were right in warrens. I remember someone coming at us with a gun or something. I remember a fire started. I had to run out of the house and quickly grab people. I think I became an adult for a second, because my kids were there in the dream, so I had to carry them with husband. He carried one and I the other. Then we ran off away from the bad guy enough to hide out. We were in an old abandoned house. It looked familiar to me and I saw a flashback to a little girl swinging from the ceiling doing some trick... It was my cousin's daughter with her auntie (another cousin) teaching her how to swing that high up. I was with my sister and she started remembering this place.. it was like we were back in time? I was wearing a shirt with the band Hanson on it, so I became a little kid again. 

The Hotel

Horrible dream. Dreamt I was at a hotel with husband and his family. I guess maybe it was my birthday but there was a lady there with us. Just some random lady that wanted to hang out with us. I was so upset she was there because I was worried she was trying to steal husband away. We were supposed to celebrate my birthday and I was so distraught that I couldn't even talk or want to be there, so I told everyone I was tired and wanted to go up to my hotel room. Everyone stayed to swim. Up in my room, the lights flickered and I looked around in the room and noticed an area was opened up to let another room in if they wanted. I freaked out, shut and locked that door immediately, and warned of some random person that was supposed to be my friend that the door was open to another door. We got a little worried someone could enter. I decided to go back down and husband is creating a trampoline under the pool so people can jump while they swim. I warn him about this lady trying to steal him. Heaughs it off and just gets annoyed by me. I get angry. Mean to his family who want to have a dinner for my birthday. We are sitting down and I was allowed to pick a movie or music or something and I'm trying to search up the best media related to harming a lady trying to steal a husband (they don't know this tho). The lady looks over and grabs the list I'm looking at and puts it in the middle of the table and says we can all help pick and I snatch the list back and tell her it's my birthday. I leave the table. I explain to my niece V what's going on and what this lady is doing. She's mad too, but can't do anything. We all end up in a thrift store. I'm so depressed... I wander around and find this lady looking at something and my husband is right there next to her. They're looking at things he would have had no interest in. That's when I know he's with her now, since he's hanging around her for no reason. I run off and try to buy something quickly so I can leave.. Wake up with a headache. 

Dripping Fire

Wow...

Dreamt I lived in this big old house with my sister and mom. First I dreamt that my daughter was going to spend the night somewhere with her grandma and cousin. She seemed okay with it (in reality, she won't even leave for a few hours to go with anyone). 

Okay back to the dream.. I lived in this huge house, daughter was away for the night. Suddenly my sister noticed that there was this corner of the old house that was dripping what looked like water but was on fire too. We yelled for mom, we called the fire department. A lady came that looked nothing like a firefighter but said that it wasn't anything dangerous and that it was the paint.. old radioactive paint (not dangerous my ass 🥴). If we scraped the paint off, it shouldn't do that anymore. I went to call my daughter quick but she didn't answer (I was going to tell her what was going on).. anyways we all start scraping everything in the house. Ceiling, wall, stairs, etc. EVERYTHING. After scraping a while, my sister yells that it's back. We run over and see the same dripping fire.. we find out later that the lady that came by was not a fireman or a fired one or something. She wasn't good. I don't know if we called and other firemen came or what. That's all I remember.

Aliens

Dreamt a scary dream. I was walking down a road at night, starry sky.. with family of some sort. I saw a UFO kind of in the distance. It was huge and behind some clouds, nearing land in the distance. I told my family we needed to leave now. I couldn't explain why but was hoping they'd see why. They hadn't. So they just kept walking and in fact separated by walking off faster...

Lost some time/dream here and just remember being hooked up to something inside this UFO. I was making gagging noises and snoring as loud as possibly to wake myself up (embarrassingly I may have been making these sounds in real life, I dunno.) Anyways finally I woke up into a dream-within-a-dream and was still making those noises because I was paralyzed and couldn't move my body. A person whom I though was husband - looked like him anyways - woke slowly and walked over, peering at me weirdly -anr suddenly I made a really loud gagging/snoring sound and it made him laugh a little. I was pissed and thought he was still an alien and that I couldn't move. 

Somewhere in the middle maybe right after I saw UFO or before we separated I remember a really fancy vintage red contertible was parked and I thought I could try to start it and drive to get me and family out of area.. didn't work. 

Another Fucking Tornado

Dad was in a chair by the window at his old house. Mom was in a chair further in the living room. I was standing. Sarah and a smaller boy were also there. We were young and a family again. A dog was outside and didn't want to come in so I kept yelling for it, finally blue lightning non stop outside, so I finally yelled for the dog and it came in. Just as he came in it picked up outside. Tornado happened. I ran to mom and hugged her/covered her to keep her safe. 

Woke up. Dad was with me. (Not my dad anymore...) He told me a tornado blew all of us away "everyone running like rabbits .. can't find anyone"... So we searched everywhere. We wandered the road and split up.. he took one side and went right and I took the other. I went towards town. Finally I decided to check for people that are hurt. I went into a building to see if maybe they were all in a makeshift hospital. I wandered until I found who I thought was Sarah. She wouldn't wake up but wasn't dead. Coma? I made note of her room and looked for mom and the brother. Went into a room and found "mom" (wasn't her.. looked nothing like her) she actually woke up. I told her we needed to get the fuck out of here. The people running this place were keeping everyone hostage or something. We crawled through the window and I told her to hide while I looked for the brother. Found him with a family eating dinner. Got his attention through a window but some lady also noticed so I kept walking last and hid behind a door / what looked like a bathroom stall. Finally I ran back out, saw he was outside the house this time following his "new mom" and I snatched him up and started running. I found "mom" and gave him to her. I let them continue hiding and was thinking of how to get Sarah when I woke up. 

Gas Station

Dreamt I was in a gas station holding Jeremy. I thought I spotted cw. Kept walking to look at drinks and suddenly he comes up from behind me and asks me a bunch of questions like why I moved on suddenly after breaking up etc. I didn't even know what to say. I think maybe I said we both have someone great now, both have kids etc. He then tells me his wife left him. We keep talking and the hubs shows up and gets really angry seeing me talking to cw. He breaks up with me. Suddenly everything seems to go fast. I'm sitting down at a restaurant with the kids and cw. It just feels weird and awkward. I miss hubs. I try to look for him but worry he moved away. I don't remember the rest.

Hair Burned Off

Woof. Had a nightmare that I tried to curl my hair with some strange new curling tool and it sizzled a side of my hair off halfway (like made the length half of what it was). Went to brush it and it looked soooo bad. The parts of my hair that broke off but still connected to my skin were super tiny curls like ramen noodles. *Shudders*

Before that, I had woken up from another nightmare. I don't remember exactly what happened but it was similar to the book I'm reading right now where the world is dying, and also similar to seeing a huge smoke plume a short distance away while at a water park yesterday that had freaked me out a little (ended up being a barn fire, I believe)..

The Waves

Was with a HUGE group of people. Me Devin I think and mom and devs parents and soooo many others. Suddenly tidal waves were coming and we had to travel and swim away into higher ground/further inland. At one point we thought we made it and started looking for places to stay but then another came suddenly. Just me and Dev and some random people we made friends with eventually.  Right before I woke up I think it was Denise or a motherly figure of the group anyways said that they felt like everything was going to be okay. Like someone they knew was up ahead as we were still walking to higher ground.. she thought maybe a daugter. We were under overpasses and curving under then when we suddenly saw another wave. We all held hands and it ripped me away from everyone. I had to hold my breath for a long time until I could swim up to the top/surface. I had a phone with me and I called Devin/my partner and it rang on the other side of street and I saw he answrred. I ran over to them and gave him a huge hug. Woke up. 

Oh.. right before we got separated I remember seeing some sneaky guy driving a four wheeler with a trailer attached and inside the traveler was a log on fire. It seems like some people were working to make the land uninhabitable too. 

Also Cherish was going to New York to see one of her favorite authors. She offered me to go but I declined. This was before the tidal wave. 

Patti

Dreamt Mom, Dad, Sarah, and I were at The Wades' old house. We were walking away from their house, towards the fireman's building parking lot area to get our car. Dad kept looking over his shoulder, worried his ex Patti was following us. I told them to head out and I would follow her (I could fly?), so I started flying around looking for her or her car. I had an idea about where I thought she lived in this dream, but wasn't totally sure. I looked inside windows (I was invisible.. ghost like) and then it kind of switched dreams slightly. I was with a guy and there was another guy like a brother chasing us. The brother was helping Patti I think. The guy with me was helping me escape or find Patti still. I can't remember the end, but it's almost like we needed to come up with a spell or something along those lines to get me out of there. I dunno. Woke up before escaping.

Seems like in between this I was a teacher or I pretended to be one, and I flew around a school building looking for a good place to hide, because my family and I were worried she would kill us. Maybe I hid them in a classroom and then it switched to me flying around looking at roads and cars trying to find her. 

The Monster Behind The Door

Not a dream: Scarlet woke up around 6 AM and immediately begged for one of us to turn a light on. We turned a light on, but it wasn't enough, she wanted to stay up. So Devin took her downstairs where it is brighter (she asked for every light on in the house). She told him that monsters were in our room. Felt like having a light on might keep them away. She told Devin that she had a nightmare. Later that day I asked her what happened and she told me that she found a monster behind the bedroom door and at first she thought he was really mean, but he ended up being really nice and actually more scared of her than she was of him.
