Jersey

I had a birthday party that was going to happen but it kept getting pushed back an hour or two because people couldn't show up til later. Then I lost some of my clothing.. had to find my tights, shoes, dress.. 

Right after that, a split second before waking up, I remember being in a car with my mom, aunt, and sister and my kids and we sropped at a thrift store. I saw a cute jacket that looked kind of jersey like and was black and pink and white. Had a bunch of patches stitched on it. Woke up shortly after buying it. (It was $90 originally and had a 70% off. My brain thought that meant $7.99 but whatever. I ended up buying it and had enough money.)

Drag

Dreamt my favorite musician dresses in drag and sang his favorite pop song. It was so strange, but so cool. Oh but when they did closeups he looked nothing like himself but instead looked Asian. 

Thrift Store

Dreamt I was in a thrift store with my sister. It was really early, like 6 or 7 am, and the store was saying they'd be closing soon in like 15 minutes. I didn't grab anything but did see a beautiful baby-pink velvet shirt with billiards designs on it. I showed my sister and she loved it, so we grabbed that for her. Seems like we were in there longer than 15 minutes so we went up to the counter to pay. A lady that looked like Della Reese checked us out. I saw a hoodie behind her in a room and I asked if these clothes were for sale yet. This hoodie was a brownish color and has a king of spades on it. I got a little mixed up and was thinking it was my favorite bad guy in a show I watch (king of clubs), so when she said it wasn't for sale yet, I said that it was fine. 

That's all I remember.

Baby

Yikessss. Dreamt I had another baby. It was a girl. Dreamt that she wouldn't stop pooping and that it was always a blow out and that we were running out of clothes for her to change into, so we had to go to the garage in front of my grandma's old house to look for old baby clothes from when my first child was a baby. Dreamt that when we got to that garage, my cat Stan ran up to me and wanted attention. Oh. Also that the clothes were all perfectly stacked up all over the place in the garage, so when I went to climb on them to look for the right sizes, there was a domino effect and a bunch of them fell over and I got yelled at by my husband for messing up his organized stuff lol. 

Not sure if this was before or after, I'm thinking before, but I also dreamt that there was this small trailer or camper that me or someone else was living in, and the landlord wanted someone out. I can't remember who. So we had to move someone out as fast as possible. Might have dreamt that someone got shot or OD'd, too, weirdly. That's all I remember. 

Stones

First I remember being a jellystone. I stopped in to get food and I noticed behind the counter a schedule..  my name was at the end. I was weirded out but thought nothing of it. Then I remember being with my Aunt Erin and my husband. I think (I could be wrong about the order here but this seems more right).. Erin was driving us home but she was really tired. I was in the back with husband and my aunt was driving. I was watching the road and suddenly I noticed she was getting awfully close to two bicyclists. I said "Erin, you're getting kind of close" and she kind of bobbed her head to the side and I yelled her name out and she sat up straighter and slowed down. I suggested she park on the ramp of the interstate (at this point we were in front of Jellystone). My husband was going to take over but he was pretty tired too. For some dumb reason he was about to drive from the passenger side but I yelled at him and he sat in the driver side. We started pulling up to a toll area and I looked down in the car and found some mail on the floor boards in back. I picked up two envelopes and saw one with the wrong address and was addressed to 'current resident' at the wrong address, so I sat that one down again. The other one was to me. I opened it and saw a tax info thing and it made it seem like I was set to start working at Jellystone this week. I look up and see my husband just kind of drove through the toll and some lady was poking her head out. The road turned into an alleyway.. 

Now I'm in a store at Jellystone. It looks like a gift shop with random clothing etc. I remember seeing a cat condo/bed thing too for almost $400. I noticed I'm absolutely wet and in a swimsuit maybe? Or naked? Lol I can't remember. I asked my mom to buy me something so I wasn't so naked feeling. For some reason she didn't, I don't know if the store was expensive or what. 

Then I see an older, bigger guy that looked like the actor that plays Jill's dad in Home Improvement. He was a worker and hebwas holding a pair of speedos. He was joking and saw two black men sitting down at a bench opposite me in the store and asked them if it was theirs, or made the assumption it was or that it was their 'type' of suit or whatnot. Everybody kind of laughed along, even the guys, but then I got weirded out by the old white guy and thought it had some racial undertones to the joke so I remember stopping from laughing and walking out. I was walking through Warrens playground and I saw the two guys but they were younger (so was I..  we were all kids now). My clothes were still wet. The boys were on the playground and I was walking through/past. I asked if they always lived around here or were new, can't remember their answer. They followed just out of politeness, since we were still talking. We were maybe where the fire department was or where the Wades lived but there was an old building there instead. We noticed these beautiful gravestones with holographic etchings on them. I was in love. I walked into the building and saw an older bearded man walk up. I asked if he made them and he said yes. I told him I would love for him to make mine someday, and he kind of laughed awkwardly and I realized he probably thought that I meant I'd die before him and he was a LOT older (I did mean that but I changed the thought process then) and explained maybe I could buy one well before I pass. I started getting gleeful thoughts of what picture I wanted on mine and what I'd put as my epitaph. Woke up. 

So Much Happening

My aunt Kathi was in a doom metal band lol. It was so weird, but awesome in the dream. She sang the first song and then she sang as a secondary person for the other song. We were in a dark building and there was just a white spotlight on the band. She wore a Dorothy from Wizard of Oz dress. Came out of this white sheet for dramatic effect. He voice was really low. My nuclear dam was with and we were watching and we kind of all spaced out at the last song, so we noticed we were the only ones in the bar and it was really dark. I had to pick up a bunch of clothes in a bag because they were mine. I was worried if the band came back they'd think I was stealing their clothes but I knew they were mine. I think I woke up after that maybe? That was the more memorable part of the dream anyway. Okay I lied. I dreamt also that I was with my nuclear fam at a playground. Some bigger boy kept asking if people knew his name so we'd answer what he told us it was and it was always a different name he'd given everyone. 

Ooh. Also dreamt I was at my aunt Erin's house and I had just taken a shower and was in the dining room when Erin came out holding a bottle of shampoo or conditioner and asking if I showered and I didnt listen properly and answered no so she told me I should use that stuff because it smells really good. That's when I realized I'm still a little damp, hair still wet etc, so I had to correct myself and tell her I had already taken one. 

Damn. Also remember giving dad all of his father's day gifts.

Ommmmg. Another part. I remember my niece kaelynn had a couple parakeets. They didn't have a cage so much as a speaker like thing in the corner of a wall up high that they'd go to. 

Baby

Dreamt I was pregnant. First I remember a bunch of clothes and my husband was taking some off a pile on my lap and putting them in their own pile and saying that those were going to his sister and her kids for Xmas gifts. They all looked extremely tiny but I remember thinking how cute they were and wished I could keep one. They were flared sleeves and had cute designs. One was white with purple/pink/blue cowgirl boots along the edge. It was cute! .....Okay then I realized I was pregnant. Big belly. I was looking through a calendar or something and realized it was June or July or whatnot and thinking "omg I'm due then, this baby must be coming soon!" I laid back and tried to push. It got a little weird and a small, broken, wooden dog sculpture came out first. For a split second I thought maybe there was a mistake and I wasn't pregnant but I thought eff it, I'm gonna try pushing anyways. Out popped a baby girl. Hugged her to me. Held her tight while walking through piles of clothes. 

Grandpa's House

Dreamt my sister and I were at Grandpa's house. It's weird because some of the time he was gone, but other times he was still alive. What I do remember was we had to go through grandma's clothes and miscellaneous things to clear out the house kind of. I found some pictures and clothes and kind of looked through but felt weird going through stuff, so when I heard grandpa downstairs I stopped. I can't remember what happened after. I think I remember wondering how my sister and I will get home, since any cars that were parked there looked broken down. 

Snakes

Dreamt I was with the kids, or maybe just littlest, and we were walking around a pond. I saw a bunched up green thing and littlest went over towards it just as I was realizing it was a snake. It was green with brown patterns on it. I ran over and got him away. The pond starts turning into a bed. My bed. I see another bright green snake beside the other one and I start figuring out how to grab them and get them away. Somehow mom helps me and they're put away somewhere but I'm still freaking out a bit wondering how we will comfortably be able to sleep. Then the whole place turns into a baseball field/the stands mostly. I'm scrambling still trying to figure out which wad of clothes has the snakes in it. I'm also noticing some of these clothes are mine or my mom's or sister's. I wander around in the seating area way in back by the wall and I try to grab anyone's clothes that look familiar. Another thing I figured out is that my favorite musician was supposed to play or be there or something? So I'm kind of looking out into the sea of faces just to see if I can spot him real quick. Never do see him. I walk off with a bunch of clothes, hoping no snakes are in the clothes I'm carrying.
